The Nick
DiMaria Foundation:
The Nick DiMaria Foundation
is a non-profit charitable organization that
was founded in memory of Nick DiMaria by his
children and a group of their friends. The objective
of the Nick DiMaria Foundation is to identify
specific charitable causes in the community
that the Foundation can assist through fundraising
efforts. Each year, the Foundation’s Board
of Directors chooses a charitable cause as the
subject of that year’s fund-raising activities.
The 3rd Annual Nick
DiMaria Memorial Golf Outing:
The 3rd Annual Nick DiMaria
Memorial Golf Outing will raise funds to benefit
local senior citizens through a donation to
the Twilight Wish Foundation in Fountainville,
PA.
We are soliciting sponsors
who are willing to make a tax deductible donation
to support these local senior citizens. A Sponsorship
Form for your donation is attached.

The Nick DiMaria Foundation
is a non-stock, not-for-profit corporation organized
and operated exclusively for charitable purposes
under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code. All donations to the Nick DiMaria Foundation
are fully tax deductible to the extent permitted
by law.

The following levels of sponsorship
are available:
“Platinum Sponsor”
– donation: $1,500
Platinum Sponsors are recognized
on a Platinum Sponsorship Banner displayed
at dinner, on an individualized sign posted
at a tee box on the golf course, as well as
in the Golf Outing Program. Each Platinum
Sponsor will also receive a personalized gift.
“Gold Sponsor”
– donation: $500
Gold Sponsors are identified
on a Gold Sponsor Banner displayed at dinner,
on an individualized sign posted at a tee
box on the golf course, as well as in the
Golf Outing Program. Each Gold Sponsor will
also receive a personalized gift.
“Silver Sponsor”
– donation: $250
Silver Sponsors will be identified
on an individualized sign posted at a tee
box on the golf course, and in the Golf Outing
Program. Each Silver Sponsor will also receive
a personalized gift.
“Hole Sponsor”
– donation: $100
Hole Sponsors are identified on
an individualized sign posted at a tee box
on the golf course, as well as in the Golf
Outing Program.
“Friend of Nick Sponsor”
– donation: (any donation less than $100)
